Returns & Refunds Policy
At Zarif Beauty, we want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed through www.zarifbeauty.co.uk.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund — but please note the hygiene exceptions below.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we authorise the return, you then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

2. Hygiene & Product Safety
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items that are in their original, sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (for example, swatched makeup, opened skincare, or products without protective seals).
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or damaged.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zarifbeauty.co.uk with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If we ask you to return the faulty item, we’ll cover the return postage cost.
4. How to Return an Item

Email info@zarifbeauty.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and send return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Post the item using a tracked service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked).
Until the item reaches us, it remains your responsibility — so we recommend retaining proof of postage.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation:

Check with your bank or payment provider (processing times vary).

If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@zarifbeauty.co.uk and we’ll assist.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used beauty products (including swatched makeup or tested skincare)

Gift cards or e-vouchers

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
