At Zarif Beauty, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and safely so you can enjoy your beauty essentials without delay.
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website at www.zarifbeauty.co.uk.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 pm may be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


Delivery Options

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. We’ll always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this link to check your delivery status directly on the courier’s website.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Zarif Beauty cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we can:

  • re-ship the order at your expense, or

  • issue a refund minus the shipping cost.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@zarifbeauty.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zarifbeauty.co.uk with photos of the damage.
We’ll review the case and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.
